Job summary

EVD Engineering Sdn Bhd in Subang Jaya seeks a Bid/Tender Specialist to coordinate and prepare bid submission documents, covering technical and commercial sections for tendering activities. You will support the Bid Manager and Budget HOD in preparing submissions aligned with pricing strategy and create proposals that showcase solutions and services to satisfy customer requirements.

• Must have 5+ years experience in railway/highway/building ELV and related field.
• Ability to speak, read and write in English, Mandarin and Malay (Mandatory).
• Knowledge of cloud computing, cybersecurity, network architecture, communication, and extra low voltage systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, prepare, design and compile bid submission documents (technical and commercial).
• Support Bid Manager/Budget HOD in preparation of bid submission in line with pricing strategy.
• Prepare presentations covering proposed solutions and services for tenders to meet customer needs.

Job description

To coordinate, prepare, design and compile bid submission documents (both technical and commercial) in relation to tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires, tender clarification and pre-qualifications.

Support proactively the Bid Manager/ Tender & Budget HOD in preparation of the bid submission document in accordance with pricing strategy.

Prepare presentations or any information that cover both proposed solutions and services for the particular tendering/bidding to assist Bid Manager/ Tender & Budget HOD to meet customer needs & requirements.

Keep up date with current and upcoming product technologies and its application to best support the Tender & Budget Team/ Sales (Business Development) Team.

Work closely and liaise with supplier, manufacturer, vendor, subcontractor and etc during the tendering/biding activities for bid submission document preparation to ensure competitive bid with establish and innovate proposed solutions to customers or tender needs.

Perform any other duty & responsibility which the superior or the company may assign from time to time.

Requirement:

Minimum 5 years experience in railway/highway/building ELV and the related field.

Bachelor's Degree Electric and Electronic (E&E) or others related engineering field study.

Ability to speak, read and write in English, Mandarin and Malay (Mandatory)

Knowledge of relevant technologies, software or systems I,e, cloud computing, cybersecurity, network architecture, communication, extra low voltage system or others

Strong multi-tasking, coordination and project management skills.
