Job summary

SCHOTT in Malaysia (Kulim) seeks a senior Process Engineer leader to develop and transfer advanced process technologies and equipment from R&D to high-volume manufacturing, and to achieve cpK, UPH, and yield targets using Six Sigma methods.

You will lead the setup and qualification of new equipment, formulate roadmaps, mentor a team of process engineers, and collaborate with R&D, Quality and Manufacturing to solve complex issues and deliver on project plans.

Qualifications

• At least a BSc Degree in Mechatronics/related fields (Mechatronics, Electronics, Photonics, Physics, Optics).
• 10+ years in process engineering or industrialization in semiconductor or optical industry.
• Experience with CMP, Grinding, Thin Film Coating, Dicing, Stacking, and CNC processes.

Your Profile

• At least BSc Degree in Mechatronics /Electronic Engineering / Photonics /Physics / Optics

• More than 10 years experience in the field of process engineering or process industrialization within the semiconductor or optical industry

• Understanding of manufacturing processes in optical or semiconductor industry,leadership experience, broad know how of manufacturing processes like CMP, Grinding, Thin Film Coating, Dicing, Stacking and CNC
