Job summary

ASE Electronics (M) Sdn Bhd in Bayan Lepas, Penang, invites a Staff/Senior Engineer (NPI / Process) to lead yield, FM and PCS improvement efforts and to drive new product introductions. The role requires close collaboration with Process/Equipment Engineering and Manufacturing to identify causes of yield loss, implement fixes, and develop dashboards and procedures for standardization.

You will manage NPI build plans and handover to mass production.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in related discipline.
• Experience in NPI/process engineering preferred.
• Strong collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Alert teams to yield loss, FM, and PCS issues and coordinate fixes.
• Work with Process/Equipment Engineering to resolve yield problems.
• Plan NPI build schedules and monitor HVM readiness.
• Develop tools and dashboards to support yield and PCS improvements.
