Aufgaben

• Own process performance, yield, quality and capability for pre-assembly processes.
• Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions for issues and escalations.
• Drive defect reduction, focusing on wafer breakage, dice, cracking and singulation.
• Manage qualifications, material evaluations and process optimization.
• Collaborate with Production, Equipment, Product, Quality and Global teams.
