Job summary

Singtel in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Engineer, Identity & Access Management (IAM) to support and enhance enterprise IAM, governance, and privileged access management capabilities. You will contribute to secure, scalable IAM solutions across the organization, including identity lifecycle management and access provisioning.

This role is ideal for hands‑on IAM professionals seeking to broaden expertise across IGA, PAM, automation, and enterprise security platforms.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years in IAM/IGA/PAM or related cybersecurity disciplines.
• Experience supporting enterprise IAM/PAM platforms; SailPoint IdentityIQ and CyberArk preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance IAM and PAM solutions.
• Manage identity lifecycle processes including onboarding, role changes, access provisioning, and reviews.

We are on the look out for a highly skilled Senior Engineer, Identity & Access Management (IAM), where you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing enterprise identity, access governance, and privileged access management capabilities. You will contribute to the delivery of secure, scalable, and compliant IAM solutions across the organization, supporting identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, governance processes, integrations, and automation initiatives.

This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on IAM experience who are looking to broaden their expertise across Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), automation, and enterprise security platforms. Skills for Success:

• At least 4-5 years of experience in Identity Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Privileged Acces Management (PAM), or related cybersecurity disciplines.
• Experience supporting enterprise IAM/PAM platforms; SailPoint IdentityIQ and CyberArk experience is preferred.
• Good understanding of identity lifecycle management, access governance, provisioning, role management, and compliance controls.
• Familiarity with application integrations, REST APIs, XML/JSON, and automation or scripting tools such as PowerShell, Python, or Java.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, databases, and SQL.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
