About the Role

We are looking for a talented Senior Engineer/Experienced Design Engineer to join our growing team in Malaysia. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver civil and structural engineering projects.
• Provide technical expertise in analysis and detailed design of structures.
• Produce design deliverables, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Supervise engineers and BIM/CAD technicians.
• Coordinate project activities and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Chartered or near‑chartered status with a relevant professional institution (e.g. CEng, ICE, IStructE).

Essential Experience

• Approximately 4 years post‑graduation experience in civil/structural engineering design.
• Proven ability in structural analysis and detailed design.
• Experience delivering designs for contractors.
• Proficiency in steel and concrete design to modern codes.
• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Right to work in Malaysia.

Desired Experience

• Temporary works design or construction engineering expertise.
• Experience producing complete design packages and managing delivery teams.
