Job summary
Dexcom Inc. in Penang, Malaysia, is seeking an IT Senior Systems Engineer to join the IT Core Services team. You will support Active Directory, Azure AD, and Microsoft365 apps, ensuring reliable on‑prem and cloud infrastructure, while handling user requests and security controls.
The role requires 5–8 years of experience and a solid background in Windows Server, Exchange Online, and IAM. You will contribute to uptime, audits, and improvement initiatives in a global CGM leader.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of related IT experience.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and support Microsoft Active Directory infrastructure (DNS, Domain Controllers, Group Policy).
- Maintain and support Microsoft365 applications (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Administer SSO/MFA/IAM platforms (OKTA, AD).
- Install, maintain, upgrade and support Windows servers, OS, networking, and apps.
- Ensure system monitoring and respond to uptime issues; participate in on-call rotation.
- Ensure security, user access control, and plan for growth; compile KPIs and reports.
