CelcomDigi Bhd is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to manage diverse ER matters including misconduct, grievances, workplace conflicts, harassment, attendance and performance issues. You will lead investigations, assess risks, draft disciplinary and performance documents, and advise managers on fairness.

You will collaborate with HRBP, Legal, Internal Audit and external counsel on complex cases, contribute to ER policy improvements, and train managers in investigations and performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, HR, IR or related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in legal practice or Employee Relations in Malaysia.
• Experience with workplace investigations and disciplinary processes.
• Knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and Industrial Relations Act.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage employee relations cases: assess misconduct, grievances, harassment, attendance, and performance.
• Lead workplace investigations under ER Lead or Head of ER.
• Prepare disciplinary and performance documents; provide guidance on fairness.
• Collaborate with HRBP, Legal, Internal Audit and other departments.
• Support industrial relations cases with external lawyers.
• Engage employee representatives; prepare correspondence and materials.
• Review ER policies; deliver training to managers.
• Manage a varied caseload and maintain records.
