Job summary

Kitron in Malaysia is seeking an Electronic Test Engineer to support test execution and equipment maintenance at our Senai site. You will operate ICT/FCT tests, validate product software, and ensure testing processes meet specifications.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical/electronics engineering and 4–5 years of hands-on experience, with strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia and the ability to work independently or in a team, aligned with our quality-driven

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in electrical or electronics engineering.
4–5 years’ experience as Electronic Test Engineer.
Strong knowledge of test methodologies and troubleshooting.
Experience with various testing and programming equipment.
Strong cross-functional communication; proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain ICT/FCT testing equipment and perform product software tests.
Maintain test equipment, calibrate, troubleshoot and repair.
Diagnose, analyze test results, and implement process improvements.
Develop automated test solutions and document procedures.
Prepare test reports and communicate with customers.
Participate in audits and drive continuous improvement.
