Job summary

Kitron is seeking an Electronic Test Engineer to join our Senai, Malaysia team. You will operate and maintain ICT/FCT testing equipment and ensure software execution aligns with product requirements.

You will develop test scenarios, perform functional, performance and reliability tests, and work with cross‑functional teams to drive process improvements. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or electronics engineering.
• 4–5 years of experience in electronic test engineering.
• Strong knowledge of circuit design, test methods and troubleshooting.
• Familiar with various testing and programming equipment.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain ICT/FCT testing equipment and run product software.
• Develop test scenarios including functional, performance, and reliability tests.
• Diagnose and resolve issues; optimize test processes for reliability.
• Document procedures and prepare test reports with metrics.
• Participate in audits and drive continuous improvement in test coverage.
