Job summary

UST is seeking a senior electrical/electronic engineer in Malaysia to lead architecture, design and implementation of complex solutions for multiple market segments with regulatory compliance in mind.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to deliver world-class products, manage product realization from concept to manufacturing and provide technical proposals with cost estimates. Strong HDL and interface knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5-10 years of direct working experience in product design within a multi disciplinary environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design and implementation of technical solutions across market segments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers and customers to develop world class products in regulated markets.
• Lead and execute product realization from concept through manufacturing transition.
• Support technical proposals and estimate labor and material costs; act as SME for key areas.
