Job summary

Celestica Inc. in Penang, Malaysia, seeks a Senior Lead Digital Hardware Engineer to drive architecture, design and delivery of advanced digital solutions for HealthTech, Industrial, and Energy sectors.

You will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with suppliers and customers, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements through all stages from concept to manufacturing. Strong expertise in HDL, digital interfaces, and experience in multi-disciplinary product development is essential;

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Electrical/Electronic engineering or equivalent.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, ability to work with an international team.
• Minimum 5-10 years of direct working experience in product design within a multi-disciplinary environment.

Responsibilities

• Leads the architecture, design and implementation of technical solutions across market segments that meet customer and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers to develop world class products in regulated markets.
• Proficient in product development lifecycle processes and compliance to product quality standards.
