• Lead software managers and engineers with guidance, mentorship, and career development.
• Oversee embedded software development lifecycle from requirements to deployment for mission-critical two-way radios.
• Collaborate with product, hardware, QA, and cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and delivery.
• Drive AI/automation-enhanced workflows and tool adoption to improve quality and features.
• Monitor team performance and quality metrics; manage stakeholders and risk mitigation.
