Job summary

Zichen Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Electrical Engineer (Supervisor Level) to build and lead the equipment support team for our new production facility.

You will ensure 24/7 operation, manage power distribution rooms, and lead DCS/PLC automation programming. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in automation/electrical engineering, an Electrician certificate, and at least 3 years of industrial experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Automation Control, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Electrician Certificate / Competency License required/preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in industrial electrical engineering or supervisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of power distribution and electromechanical systems.
• Experience with DCS/PLC programming and industrial automation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee power systems, floor maintenance, and distribution rooms.
• Lead DCS/PLC automation programming and troubleshooting.
• Drive preventive maintenance and data analysis for optimization.
• Build and mentor equipment support team.
• Draft technical documentation and schematics.
• Ensure 24/7 production line operation.
• Ensure safety and emergency response planning.
• Coordinate facility utilities, water, drainage, lighting.
