Job summary

You will lead complex electrical systems, manage BOM, mentor junior engineers, conduct design reviews, and drive continuous improvement across the product development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in electrical design with a strong track record of delivered projects.
• Proficiency in automation design and relevant CAD software.
• In-depth knowledge of power distribution, panel design, analog and digital signal handling, motion control and protocols like Modbus, Serial, Ethernet, EtherCAT.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex electrical systems for automation machinery, ensuring alignment with project timelines and customer specs.
• Own BOM management, including periodic reviews for accuracy and procurement readiness.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Conduct design reviews and provide feedback to optimize electrical system performance.
• Research and integrate new components and methods to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Mechanical, Software, Manufacturing) to ensure on-time project delivery.
