Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Production/Process Engineer to lead daily manufacturing activities and ensure smooth operations in a high-maturity environment. You will monitor performance, identify improvement opportunities, and coordinate technical support for technicians and line leaders to uphold IPC standards.

The role requires strong analytical and teamwork skills, a hands-on approach, and a proactive attitude toward solving production challenges and driving efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in production/process engineering, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience in wire harness, module assembly, or electrical/electronic assembly is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills with the ability to guide production teams.
• Proactive, responsible and hands-on in handling production challenges and improvements.

Responsibilities
