Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking entry to mid-level engineers to assemble and support the build of mechanical, electrical and electro-mechanical components for semiconductor and industrial equipment in Pasir Gudang, Johor.

You will read BOMs and electrical diagrams, perform wiring of boards, inspect components for defects and assist with labeling, packaging and Kitting while adhering to safety and ESD procedures. Prior hands-on experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Entry to mid-level candidates with relevance in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic or Mechatronics Engineering studies or hands-on manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and support the build of mechanical, electrical and electro-mechanical components for semiconductor and industrial equipment.
• Read and understand BOM, engineering drawings, electrical diagrams and schematics.
• Perform electrical wiring and assembly of electrical boards / power boards using hand tools and basic measuring equipment.
• Inspect and check components/products, identify defects or abnormalities and escalate issues when required.
• Support production activities including assembly, inspection, labeling, kitting and packaging.
• Follow work instructions, BOMs, safety procedures and PPE requirements while maintaining accurate production records.

Grossup toRM3,100 before OT
Basicup toRM2,800 + Fixed Allowance + Shift & Meal Allowances + 15 days AL
Shifts:Willing to commit rotating Morning / Afternoon / Overnight Shift

Job Responsibilities:

• Assembleand support the build of mechanical, electrical and electro-mechanical components for semiconductor and industrial equipment.
• Read and understandbill of materials (BOM),engineering drawings, electrical diagrams and schematics, including positive/negative connections, earth/ground and basic electrical fundamentals.
• Perform electrical wiring and assembly of electrical boards / power boards,using hand tools, torque tools and basic measuring equipment.
• Performinspection and checking of components/products, identify defects or abnormalities and **escalate** issues when required.
• Support various production activities includingassembly, inspection, labelling, kitting and packaging
• Follow work instructions, BOMs, safety procedures,cleanroom, ESD and mandatory smock / PPE requirements, while maintaining accurate production records.
• Open toentry to mid-level candidateswith relevance in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic or Mechatronics Engineering studies or relevant hands-on manufacturing experience
