Job summary

Prospect Workforce Solution is seeking a fresh graduate engineer for an assembly-focused role at Cheras Jaya, Malaysia. The position involves performing assembly tasks, setting up and installing as per drawings, and contributing to IPC training transfers from engineers.

A teamwork mindset and willingness to learn are essential. Candidates with experience in wire harness or module assembly have an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level in Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic/Mechanical Engineering
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Perform related task assigned by production manager on assembly process
• Committed to IPC training transfer from Engineers
• Committed, dependable and ability to learn quickly
• Perform assembly, set up & installation according to spec./drawing
• Ensure quality concept followed at all times
• Participate in continuous improvement on assembly process
• Perform 5S activities

Working style: Monday - Friday | 8:30am - 6pm
