• Lead development and implementation of manufacturing processes for electromechanical modules, frames, panels, cable-integrated assemblies, and system-level builds.
• Collaborate with Engineering to ensure designs are manufacturable, serviceable, and scalable, providing DFM/DFA feedback during NPI and design reviews.
• Define assembly flows, work instructions, tooling concepts, fixtures, and process documentation to support NPI builds and production ramp-up.
• Support NPI programs from prototype through pilot and volume builds, ensuring smooth transitions into production.
• Establish and maintain process controls to ensure consistent build quality, repeatability, and compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues related to assembly fit, alignment, tolerance stack-ups, wiring, integration, and functional performance.
• Collaborate with Quality Engineering to address non-conformances, drive root-cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Support supplier and customer engagement for HLA-related components and sub-assemblies, ensuring alignment to process and quality requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on manufacturability, yield improvement, cycle-time reduction, and process robustness.
• Provide technical guidance and hands-on support to production teams during complex builds, rework, and engineering changes.

Manufacturing Engineer (Electrical & Electronics)

Lead the development and implementation of manufacturing processes for higher-level assemblies, including electromechanical modules, frames, panels, cable-integrated assemblies, and system-level builds.

Partner closely with Engineering to ensure designs are manufacturable, serviceable, and scalable, providing DFM/DFA feedback during NPI and design reviews.

Define assembly flows, work instructions, tooling concepts, fixtures, and process documentation to support NPI builds and production ramp-up.

Support NPI programs from prototype through pilot and volume builds, ensuring smooth transitions into production.
