Job summary

Motorola Solutions in Penang seeks an experienced RF Antenna Design Engineer to lead external and internal antenna development and RF design activities in a fast-paced product environment.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, perform simulations and testing, and ensure compliance with reliability and regulatory standards. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of RF/LTE experience are required, with Bayan Lepas, Penang as the primary site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Familiar with RF/LTE tools is a plus.

Job Description

• Design and development of external and internal antennas.
• RF design, simulation, troubleshooting, optimization, validation and test activities associated with product development.
• Construction of prototypes or proof of concepts for purposes of testing circuit designs as needed, using workbench tools and test equipment.
• Ensure product compliance to reliability and regulatory standards.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor Degree majoring in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical, or any relevant field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experiences
• Familiar with RF/LTE knowledge, simulation and design tools such as ADS is an added advantage.
• Familiar with RF/LTE equipment such as network analyzer and spectrum analyzer is an added advantage.
• Excellent team spirit with good communications and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work well with cross-functional teams.
• Candidate must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas, Penang.
