Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Business or related field.
• 3–5 years in student recruitment, education counselling, or sales.
• Experience in higher education is an advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and reporting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students and parents across channels.
• Manage leads and follow-ups, progressing through CRM.
• Provide programme information, entry requirements, fees, and scholarships.
• Collaborate with Admissions, faculties and marketing on recruitment activities.
• Monitor campaigns and prepare recruitment reports.
