Job summary

Omnicom Media Asia Pacific is seeking a Senior Performance Specialist - Ecommerce to join our fast-paced digital performance team in Malaysia. You will manage end-to-end Ecommerce campaigns, optimize ROAS and GMV, and collaborate with agencies to drive strategic initiatives.

You will build and optimize campaigns across Facebook, Google, Shopee, Lazada, and other platforms, monitor performance, and deliver actionable insights through regular reporting. This role rewards curiosity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of direct Ecommerce campaign management experience.
• Strong knowledge of ROAS, CPA, CPC, ROI and related metrics.
• Proficient with reporting tools such as Google Analytics and social ads platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build, monitor and optimize Ecommerce campaigns across Facebook, Google, Shopee, Lazada and other platforms.
• Set up campaigns according to best practices and brief, optimize budget and spend.
• Maintain reporting and develop action plans based on performance.
• Monitor KPIs like Reach, Engagement, conversions, CPA and CPC.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to streamline operations.
• Campaign auditing, data QA, and daily tracking.
