Job summary

ABB in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the execution of medium to large E-House, Oil & Gas and Offshore Wind projects for international clients. You will ensure activities align with ABB policies, contracts, quality, HSE, finances, and schedule commitments.

Based in Johor Bahru with hybrid/onsite work, you will head project teams, drive continuous improvement, support tendering, and secure contract close-out while coordinating with engineering, supply chain and project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 10+ years of project management experience.
• Proven ability to lead complex industrial projects (E-House, Offshore, Oil & Gas).
• Strong planning, scheduling and risk management skills.
• Fluent English and cross-cultural communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead project team and execution planning to meet goals.
• Oversee hand-over, monitoring, and control activities for internal and external resources.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational simplification.
• Support local Sales and Tendering through early involvement.
• Ensure contract compliance, financial plans, and risk management per ABB framework.
