Job summary

Hitachi Energy Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. invites a seasoned Project/Program Manager to lead large and complex projects from tendering through execution in a global energy business.

You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, secure on-time delivery, and align scope with customer expectations while safeguarding safety and quality standards. You will own forecast, risk, and financial results, direct staffing and project controls, and work with global leads to optimize margins.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering required.
• 15+ years of experience in project execution.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Large and Complex projects from Tendering to Execution.
• Ensure safe, on-time, on-budget delivery with customer satisfaction.
• Own forecast, risk and financial results; manage portfolio cash.
• Build an effective, high-performing project organization.
• Ensure HSE compliance across projects and processes.
• Drive opportunities for margin improvement and project growth.
