Job summary

IBroad Solutions is seeking a Senior SCM consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. You will lead 2–3 full lifecycle D365 F&O implementations, gather requirements across supply chain processes, and design functional solutions aligned with business goals.

You will configure out-of-the-box D365 capabilities, perform data migrations with D365 Data Entities, and work closely with technical teams and stakeholders through the ERP lifecycle from discovery to post-go-live

Qualifications

• 7+ years ERP consulting experience.
• 2–3 full lifecycle D365 F&O implementations.
• Strong functional knowledge of: Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Transportation & Logistics, Operations.
• Experience in functional solution design for customizations, reporting, and integrations.
• Experience with data migration using D365 Data Entities.
• Familiarity with system configuration, including number sequences, dimensions, ledger setup, and tax configuration.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across SCM processes.
• Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Configure standard D365 functionalities and recommend best practices to maximize out-of-the-box capabilities.
• Develop functional solution designs for customizations, reports, integrations, and business process enhancements.
• Lead workshops with business users to understand operational requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Manage process dependencies and ensure seamless integration across business functions.
• Support system testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Provide functional guidance throughout the full ERP implementation lifecycle.
• Ensure solutions follow industry best practices and organizational standards.
• Collaborate effectively with technical teams, project managers, and business stakeholders.
