Job summary

GXBank is seeking an experienced Senior Digital Workplace Engineer to lead the administration, security, and optimization of its cloud-first IT ecosystem. The role covers end-to-end device management across Windows, macOS, and mobile, with identity & access integration and zero trust networking.

You will manage enterprise SaaS and DaaS applications, drive platform integrations (SSO, SAML, OIDC, OAuth, LDAP), and ensure governance with ITIL-aligned practices while mentoring junior engineers and

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in IT systems engineering or enterprise SaaS support.
• Experience in cloud-first environments without traditional AD.
• Familiarity with SSO, SAML, OIDC, OAuth, LDAP integrations.
• Proficient in scripting for automation (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
• Knowledge of zero trust networking and endpoint management.
• Strong collaboration and communication within large teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer cloud-native directory and IAM integrations.
• Lead device provisioning, patching, and policy enforcement across platforms.
• Develop automation scripts to improve deployment and operations.
• Design and maintain ZTNA solutions for secure remote access.
• Manage enterprise SaaS/DaaS apps and onboarding/upgrades.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.
