Job summary

GXBank in Malaysia seeks an experienced Senior Digital Workplace Engineer to lead cloud-first IT administration, security, and optimization across SaaS platforms.

You will own end-to-end device management, identity & access integration, zero trust networking, and enterprise productivity tools, collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior engineers to drive platform modernization and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years hands-on experience in IT systems engineering, modern endpoint administration, or enterprise SaaS application support.
• Cloud-first environment with no reliance on traditional Active Directory.
• Experience with platform integrations and APIs including SSO, SAML 2.0, OIDC, OAuth, and LDAP.

Responsibilities

• Administer cloud-native directory services and identity access management across multiple SaaS apps.
• Own endpoint provisioning, patching, OS upgrades, software deployment, and policy enforcement for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
• Design, implement, and maintain Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) for secure remote access.
• Manage enterprise SaaS and DaaS applications, including onboarding, upgrades, and decommissioning with clear timelines and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for alignment of digital workplace solutions and escalate critical issues to Digital Workplace Manager.
• Apply ITIL-aligned incident, problem, and change management practices to ensure reliability and service continuity.
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge to support team growth and modernization initiatives.
