TDCX, a Singapore-headquartered global BPO company, seeks a Squad Leader to own end-to-end digital products and collaborate with the Product Team Lead on strategy, priorities, and delivery.

The role drives your squad to deliver high-quality products that create measurable value for business and users, leading the full lifecycle from requirements to iteration.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in digital product roles with direct product ownership.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Business, UX, Digital Marketing or related field.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple product streams.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
• Proficient in Jira and Figma.
• Familiar with agile methodologies and user-centred product design.
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end digital products as Squad Leader.
• Lead squad to deliver high-quality products creating measurable value.
• Manage full product lifecycle: requirements, design, delivery, iteration.
• Define features, write user stories, create wireframes, test plans.
• Collaborate with Product Team Lead on roadmap and cross-product initiatives.
• Communicate progress, risks, blockers to ensure alignment.
• Gather requirements and manage delivery expectations with stakeholders.
• Represent products in reviews, demos, and reporting.
• Foster a collaborative squad culture with ownership and learning.
• Ensure documentation and releases meet governance standards.

What is your mission?

• You will act as a Squad Leader owning specific digital products end-to-end and working closely with the Product Team Lead to align on strategy, priorities, and delivery.
• You'll drive your squad to deliver high-quality products that create measurable value for the business and users.
• Lead the full product lifecycle for assigned products (requirements, design, delivery, and iteration)
• Define features, write user stories, create wireframes, test plans, and release documentation
• Work closely with the Product Team Lead to contribute to roadmap planning, cross-product initiatives, and coordinating dependencies
• Proactively communicate progress, risks, and blockers to the Product Team Lead to ensure strategic alignment at all times
• Collaborate with and manage stakeholders to gather requirements, align priorities, and manage delivery expectations
• Represent your products in reviews, demos, and reporting
• Lead your squad with clarity and purpose (setting direction, unblocking the team, and ensuring alignment across delivery)
• Foster a collaborative squad culture built on shared ownership, problem-solving, and continuous learning
• Ensure all documentation and releases comply with internal best practices and quality governance standards

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, UX, Digital Marketing, or a related field
• 4–6 years of experience in digital product roles with direct product ownership
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple product streams
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills
• Proficient in Jira and Figma
• Familiar with agile methodologies and user-centred product design
• Comfortable using AI tools and leveraging AI to improve productivity, streamline workflows, or enhance product thinking
