Job summary

C&C Financial Solution in Johor Bahru seeks a Senior Digital Marketing Executive cum Content Creator to own end-to-end content and campaigns. You will develop ideas, produce and edit Mandarin and English content, and drive measurable results across platforms.

You\'ll manage shoots, optimize campaigns, and report performance, collaborating with Marketing and Sales to improve lead quality while maintaining brand and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on digital marketing experience.
• Strong portfolio with videos, photography and campaigns.
• Able to manage end-to-end content production.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Experience in financial services or B2B marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop monthly content calendars and promotional copy.
• Plan and shoot photography and video for campaigns.
• Edit short-form videos and promotional videos.
• Design social media posts and banners.
• Publish content across major platforms including TikTok and XiaoHongShu.
• Execute digital campaigns per approved strategies and budgets.
• Set up and optimise Meta and Google Ads, including A/B tests.
• Monitor performance metrics like CTR, CPA, ROAS.
• Provide insights to improve content and campaigns.
• Ensure brand compliance and timely reporting.
