Job summary

C&C Financial Solution is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive cum Content Creator to transform approved marketing plans into engaging content and execute digital campaigns. The role focuses on content ideation, photography, videography, editing, graphic design, social media publishing and campaign support.

You will collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Sales team to ensure timely, accurate and brand‑consistent activities.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia or a related field.
At least 1–3 years of relevant experience in content creation, digital marketing or social media management.
Strong portfolio demonstrating videos, photography, designs or social media content personally created.
Able to handle content planning, photography, videography and video editing independently.
Proficient in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent video-editing software.
Familiar with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or equivalent design software.
Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu and other major social media platforms.
Basic working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and Google Analytics.
Basic knowledge of WordPress, website content management and SEO will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

Execute approved marketing campaigns and content plans according to the direction provided by the Marketing Manager or Management.
Brainstorm content ideas and turn marketing briefs into video concepts, scripts, captions, storyboards and social media posts.
Plan and conduct photo and video shoots for social media, advertisements, corporate activities and promotional campaigns.
Edit short-form videos for Facebook, Instagram Reels, TikTok, XiaoHongShu and other relevant platforms.
Design social media posts, carousels, advertisements, banners and other marketing materials.
Prepare and manage the day‑to‑day publishing of content across the company’s social media platforms.
Maintain the content calendar and ensure all approved content is completed and published accurately and on schedule.
Assist in setting up and monitoring Meta Ads and Google Ads based on approved campaign objectives, budgets, audiences and creatives.
Conduct daily campaign checks, update advertising creatives and assist with A/B testing under the direction of the Marketing Manager.
Compile weekly and monthly campaign data, including Reach, Engagement, CTR, Leads, CPL and other relevant performance indicators.
Monitor social media trends, competitor content and audience behaviour to identify suitable content opportunities.
Perform routine website and landing‑page updates, including uploading text, images, articles and promotional information.
Implement basic SEO updates such as keywords, page titles, descriptions, image optimisation and content formatting.
Work with the Sales team to obtain feedback on lead quality and prepare suitable marketing materials.
Organise and maintain content files, raw footage, completed artwork and other digital marketing assets.
Ensure all published content is accurate, professional, brand‑consistent and compliant with applicable financial industry requirements.
