UST is seeking a Senior Lead Engineer to drive architecture, design and optimization of HealthTech, Industrial, Smart Energy, Aerospace and Capital Equipment solutions. You will work with cross-functional teams and suppliers to ensure manufacturable, compliant products from concept to production.

The role requires deep electronic design expertise, strong English communication, and ability to navigate highly regulated environments.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead architecture, design and implementation of solutions meeting customer and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers to develop world-class products in regulated markets.
• Familiar with EE development processes to realize products at PCBA and system levels.
• Lead product realization from concept through manufacturing transition.
• Support technical proposals, outlining solutions and estimating labor/material costs.
• Subject matter expert in one or more technical areas.
