Job summary

Happiest Minds Technologies in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to drive containerization and CI/CD initiatives across the enterprise. The role focuses on Kubernetes and Docker management, security hardening, and scalable deployment practices.

You will lead advanced CI/CD pipeline development with Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, and work with IT teams to align cloud and container strategies with business goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on experience with container orchestration using Kubernetes.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing robust CI/CD pipelines in a DevSecOps environment.
• Experience in architecting secure, scalable systems across hybrid cloud environments.
• Leadership in technical projects and cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on security and compliance involvement.
• Proficiency in scripting (Bash, Python) and automation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Kubernetes and Docker configuration, maintenance, and security enhancements.
• Design and refine complex CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, and CircleCI.
• Lead system upgrades and security patching for Kubernetes.
• Develop monitoring solutions for performance and resource optimization.
• Collaborate with architecture teams to define cloud and container best practices.
• Manage vendor relationships for DevSecOps tools.
• Ensure documentation and lead compliance audits.
