Job summary

LLL Inc. is seeking a DevOps Engineer to build and maintain cloud infrastructure for Japanese clients and Tsunagu. This hybrid role in Kuala Lumpur involves designing AWS-based systems, containerizing with Docker, and automating CI/CD pipelines.

You will work with DataDog, CloudWatch, and Prometheus for monitoring, ensure security best practices, and optimize costs. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in DevOps/SRE, strong AWS experience, and proficiency with IaC tools, scripting, and networking.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of DevOps or SRE experience.
• Strong expertise in AWS (EC2, ECS, Lambda, RDS, S3, CloudFront).
• Proficient with Docker and container orchestration (Kubernetes or ECS).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi).
• Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools.
• Linux administration skills (Ubuntu, Amazon Linux).
• Scripting skills (Bash, Python, or Go).
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools.
• Understanding of networking (VPC, DNS, load balancers).
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage AWS/Azure/GCP infrastructure.
• Containerize applications with Docker and orchestrate with Kubernetes.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).
• Implement monitoring and alerting (DataDog, CloudWatch, Prometheus).
• Ensure security best practices (IAM, encryption, network security).
• Optimize infrastructure costs and performance.
• Manage disaster recovery and backup strategies.
• Document infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Respond to production incidents and perform root cause analysis.
