Job summary

Bybit in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to join our global engineering team onsite. You will ensure stability of core infrastructure across cloud environments, implement SLO/SLI, and drive reliability through automation, IaC, and CI/CD practices in a fast-paced, high-traffic crypto platform.

You should have 3+ years in SRE/DevOps, strong Linux, Docker and Kubernetes skills, and hands-on experience with monitoring stacks like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, as well as CI/CD

Qualifications

• 3+ years of SRE/DevOps experience with large-scale distributed systems.
• Linux expertise: solid understanding of Linux internals, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Container technologies: production-level Docker and Kubernetes management.
• Monitoring & alerting experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK; design monitoring metrics and alerts.
• CI/CD familiarity with GitLab CI/Jenkins/ArgoCD and automated deployment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stability, availability, and performance of core infrastructure across cloud providers.
• Maintain service mesh operations and governance with Kubernetes + Istio/Envoy.
• Define and implement SLO/SLI/Error Budget frameworks for reliability.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive architectural improvements.
