Job summary

JAC Recruitment is seeking an experienced specialist to lead the formulation, development, and enhancement of detergent and cleaning products in our client’s portfolio. You will oversee lab testing, benchmarking, and scale‑up activities to ensure successful commercialization that meets market and business requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or related field.
• 5+ years in R&D or formulation in detergents or cleaning products.
• Proven detergent formulation expertise and troubleshooting ability.
• Knowledge of surfactants, builders, polymers, enzymes, solvents, fragrances.

Responsibilities

• Lead formulation and development of detergents and cleaning products.
• Coordinate lab testing, benchmarking, stability studies, and scale‑up.
• Troubleshoot quality, formulation and manufacturing issues.
• Collaborate with Production, QA/QC, Procurement, and NPD for commercialization.
