Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Lead Engineer to technically lead the full cross-functional design team. You will ensure phase gate milestones align with requirements, drive complete design packages and VAVE analyses, and lead design reviews for production releases.

Mentors junior engineers and provides onsite support for manufacturing builds and NPIs. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, 8+ years' experience, and at least 2 years in a Sr.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited four-year college.
• Minimum of 8+ years of related experience and/or training.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Sr. Engineer.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, Java, or SQL is an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Lead the cross-functional design team and ensure phase gate milestones are met.
• Represent Engineering Services in technical customer discussions and meetings.
• Provide onsite technical support for manufacturing builds and releases.
• Mentor Sr. Engineers and drive design/VAVE activities and reviews.
