Job summary

Teach For Malaysia is seeking a Design & Training Manager to lead the two-year PDG Curriculum, shaping the delivery of teacher development programs and continuous improvement of learning experiences.

You will lead a team of trainers, collaborate with stakeholders, manage budgets, monitor impact, and drive scalable learning across regions to improve teacher capability and student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or education-related qualification preferred.
• 4–6 years of relevant training and facilitation experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to design, deliver and evaluate teacher development programs.
• Experience with EdTech tools and data-informed program improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development, contextualisation and delivery of the PDG Curriculum.
• Guide regular evaluation of training impact using data and feedback.
• Coordinate train-the-trainer sessions for internal and external staff.
• Collaborate with internal specialists and external stakeholders to ensure curriculum relevance.
• Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for training events and activities.
• Support capacity building within PDG and wider Teach For Malaysia teams.
