Job summary

dLocal is seeking a Senior Delivery Solutions professional to empower the sales teams with knowledge, tools and processes to close deals across global markets. You will collaborate with Product, IT, Operations, Legal, Compliance and Country teams to expand into new markets and launch features and services, designing operational flows and pricing tools.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Operations within Payments, Fintech, Financial Institutions, or similar industries.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on data-driven decisions using reporting tools, dashboards or spreadsheets.
• AI & automation mindset with ability to leverage AI tools and automation to improve productivity and quality.
• Motivated, solutions-oriented with hands-on approach to complex business situations.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams and attention to detail.
• Collaborative team player able to lead or contribute across cross-functional teams.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; fluent English; Spanish/Chinese a plus.
• Technical background in APIs, payment processing or systems integration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to person for the commercial team to understand client requirements and support deal structure from an operational perspective.
• Collaborate with Product, IT, Operations, Legal, Compliance and Country Teams to promote expansion to new markets and launch features/services.
• Define, standardize and provide tools, information and content for the sales team, including pricing tools and calculators.
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance and optimize the sales process and design alternative workflows.
• Prioritize and manage new client needs and commercial opportunities with multiple areas of the company to implement improvements.
