Job summary

OCBC Malaysia is seeking a senior professional to lead debt origination and capital markets initiatives. You will support origination and execution of debt securities, syndicated loans and project finance, while preparing pitch books and information memorandums and coordinating due diligence with regulators and investors.

The role requires 7–12 years in Corporate Banking or related fields, with strong communication and networking abilities and a proven team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance or related field; CFA/MBA preferred; CGPA 3.5+.
• 7–12 years in Corporate Banking, Debt Origination or Capital Markets.
• Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support origination and execution of debt securities, syndicated loans or project finance.
• Prepare pitch books and information memorandums; coordinate due diligence and regulatory liaison.
• Assist in closing transactions and strengthen market positioning as a niche leader.
