Job summary

PwC Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Associate to join the Valuations team within Deals Transaction Services. You will help clients realise value from mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and capital markets through robust value opinions, forecast analysis and financial models.

The role emphasizes client service, leadership of junior staff, and business development, with a focus on delivering accurate valuation advice and maintaining PwC standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline is required or a professional accounting qualification.
• Strong analytical skills and leadership, teamwork and client servicing abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in management of multiple clients and report to Managers and above.
• Train and lead staff and develop technical acumen.
• Establish relationships with clients and contribute to business development.
