Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in deal strategy or corporate strategy.
• M&A Strategy: due diligence, synergy assessment, target search.
• Corporate Strategy: value creation, financial modelling, strategic roadmaps.
• Market Entry: market assessment and feasibility studies.
