Job summary

McDonald's Data Analytics & Business Insights team seeks a Senior Associate / Assistant Manager to design and maintain data pipelines, ETL/ELT, and automation for the Singapore market.

You will work across data engineering, BI, and digital solutions, partnering with IT and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure data platforms and applications. This role requires hands-on technical leadership and strong problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Data Analytics or related discipline.
• 4-8 years of experience in data engineering, BI, or integration.
• Proven experience with SQL, ETL/ELT and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.
• Build automated data extraction from APIs, SFTP, and databases.
• Integrate data sources into centralized platforms and warehouses.
• Ensure data accuracy, timeliness and quality across systems.
• Monitor pipelines and resolve data quality issues proactively.
• Develop and maintain internal web applications and dashboards.
• Lead automation and workflow improvements across processes.
• Manage technical delivery with stakeholders and partners.
