Grab in Petaling Jaya is seeking a data analytics professional within the Fulfilment tech family to optimize supply planning, dispatch, pricing, and driver experiences. You will transform data into dynamic solutions and collaborate with product, engineering, design, and data science to improve models and programs.

With 4+ years in data-related fields, you will design experiments, build dashboards with PowerBI or Tableau, and deliver insights that influence millions of daily decisions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in data-related or quantitative fields.
• Fluent in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis.
• Experience running controlled experiments and analysing results.
• Ability to design experiments and derive actionable insights.
• Proficient in creating intuitive dashboards with PowerBI or Tableau.

Responsabilités

• Transform requirements into data specifications and identify trends.
• Develop data pipelines and custom data science models.
• Create data-driven hypotheses and run product experiments.
• Design data specifications for new products and ensure accurate collection.
• Launch A/B and timeslice experiments, analyze results, and provide recommendations.
• Conduct targeted analysis to identify new business opportunities and metrics.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to scope problems and improve processes.
• Build AI tools to enhance Analytics productivity.
