Job summary

Serve Robotics is seeking a Data Analyst in Malaysia to drive data workflow management, build pipelines, and create dashboards that spotlight bottlenecks in our logistics operations. You will enable data-driven decisions across combined internal systems and partner networks.

The role requires strong SQL, Python, cloud data tools, and familiarity with AI tooling to accelerate scalable insights and improve delivery performance. Collaboration with Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis/engineering or similar technical roles.
• Strong knowledge of data structures and data management for cloud and spreadsheet data.
• Advanced SQL and at least one programming language (Python or JavaScript).
• Experience with AI-driven development and AI tooling.
• Experience designing data models and transforming data for reporting.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage API-based workflows between core platforms and external logistics partners.
• Build and maintain automated data pipelines and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Analyze shipping times, inventory flows, and other metrics; create automated reports.
• Implement error handling and alerts for data workflows.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Engineering to define KPIs and data quality standards.
• Document data models, integrations, and reporting systems for scalability.
