Job summary

Grab is seeking a data-focused analyst to optimize fulfilment tech across supply planning, dispatch, pricing, and driver experiences. You will transform data into actionable insights, collaborate with Product, Business, Engineering, and Data Science teams, and contribute to models and experiments that impact millions daily.

Reporting to the Senior Analytics Manager, you will work onsite at our Petaling Jaya office, developing dashboards and data pipelines while driving data-informed decisions

Qualifications

• 2+ years in data-related or quantitative fields.
• Fluent in SQL, Python, or R; comfortable with very large datasets.
• Hands-on experience running and analyzing controlled experiments.
• Ability to design experiments and build dashboards using PowerBI or Tableau.
• Strong storytelling and data visualization skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into data requirements and build dashboards for decision-making.
• Develop data pipelines and data science models to solve identified problems.
• Create data-driven hypotheses and collaborate with product and engineering teams on experiments.
• Design data specifications for new products and ensure accurate data collection.
• Launch A/B and timeslice experiments, analyze results, and provide recommendations.
• Conduct targeted analyses to find opportunities and track key business metrics.
• Work with partners to scope problems and automate internal processes.
• Build AI tools and capabilities to boost Analytics productivity.
