Job summary

Turner & Townsend Malaysia seeks an experienced Scheduler/Project Planner to manage multi-disciplinary construction project schedules across design, engineering, construction and commissioning. You will partner with facility owners, global supply teams and contractors to optimize timing and mitigate delays in high‑tech data centre programs.

Qualifications

• Degree qualifications in project management, engineering or similar function.
• Minimum 10years’ experience in scheduling, project planning, preferably with data center or high-tech semiconductor background.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 software and overall schedule understanding.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-disciplinary construction project schedules across design, engineering, construction, and commissioning.
• Collaborate with facility owners and global supply management to identify pull-in opportunities.
• Evaluate schedule risks using S curves, SRA, and other industry methods.
• Define critical paths and produce KPI reports, float trends, and lookahead schedules.
• Lead schedule review sessions and help mitigate delays.
• Establish and enforce Schedule Change Control and progress measurement.
• Consolidate progress reports for management review.
• Accumulate historical data for realistic forecasting.
