Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Power BI & Data Analytics Specialist to support Finance reporting, dashboard development, process automation and AI-enabled solutions. The role requires 3-5 years of hands-on Power BI, DAX, data modelling and visualisation experience, plus familiarity with Power Automate and the Power Platform.

You will collaborate with Finance stakeholders, create actionable insights, and help automate repetitive tasks while ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Power BI, Data Analytics, BI or Process Automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, data modelling and visualisation.
• Experience with Power Automate / Microsoft Power Platform.
• Exposure to AI, Microsoft Copilot or AI Agents is an advantage.
• Good understanding of data extraction, transformation and integration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
• Finance/reporting experience is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for Finance and operational requirements.
• Perform data transformation, modelling, integration and analysis using multiple data sources.
• Create DAX, KPIs and visualisations to provide actionable business insights.
• Develop workflow and reporting automation using Microsoft Power Automate / Power Platform.
• Support AI, Copilot and AI Agent solutions to improve Finance processes and reduce manual work.
• Analyse processes and identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
• Perform data validation, troubleshooting and ad-hoc reporting.
• Work closely with Finance stakeholders and provide documentation and knowledge transfer.
