Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in data analytics or similar field.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Data Science, IT, or equivalent.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL; time series forecasting experience.
• Solid understanding of ML concepts and data-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Prediction and Forecast Models: Build and maintain forecasting models to support business planning and decision-making.
• Model Evaluation: Evaluate model accuracy using appropriate metrics and continually improve performance.
• What-if Simulation: Develop simulation models to evaluate business scenarios and assess impacts of pricing, display, and stock changes.
• Allocation Optimization: Design optimization models for inventory allocation across stores, balancing stock, demand and capacity.
• Dashboarding and Analytics: Create and maintain analytics that drive business decisions across platforms (e.g., dashboards).
• Data & Collaboration: Work with data stakeholders to ensure reliable data pipelines and translate requirements into analytics.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate and collaborate with IT and business stakeholders; translate requirements clearly.
• Project Management (good to have): Manage end-to-end delivery, including scope, timelines, and priorities.
• Decision Making: Propose data-driven ideas and plan initiatives; execute effectively.
• Any Other Tasks as Assigned
