Qualifications

• 12+ years delivering Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O solutions.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Lead Consultant on enterprise D365 projects.
• Strong functional expertise in D365 Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, Commerce.
• Power Platform and Azure familiarity for integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations (Finance, SCM, Commerce).
• Translate business requirements into scalable D365 solutions.
• Define architecture for integrations, data migration, reporting, and security.
• Lead and mentor a team of functional/technical consultants.
• Serve as primary client contact with stakeholders and internal leadership.
• Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices and delivery frameworks.
• Support pre-sales and business development with solution design and effort estimates.
• Contribute to reusable assets, templates, and methodologies.
