Job summary

Sabah Oxygen Sdn Bhd is seeking an Office/Senior Officer Cylinder Management to oversee cylinder assets, registration, and CMS data integrity. The role supports operations, inventory audits, and reporting to ensure accurate records and efficient workflow.

The candidate will work with Production, Logistics, and Sales, using Excel for data analysis and maintaining safety as a priority across the site.

Qualifications

• Minimum Certificate in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, asset management, or manufacturing environment.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to communicate effectively and coordinate with internal departments and customers.
• Forklift and / or reach truck driving license will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Operate Safely and ensure all tasks follow safety guidelines.
• Manage cylinder registration and CMS data accuracy for asset control.
• Conduct cylinder audits and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly CMS and management reports; support data migration as needed.
• Support Production, Logistics, and Sales in resolving cylinder-related issues.
• Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
